When you enquire with us the first step in the process is to ask you some questions to understand your needs. We will send you some information that explains what you need to know and the next steps.
We will contact you to discuss further your requirements and answer any questions you may have, and the next steps moving forward. If what we are offering is the right fit, we will book an onsite consultation.
At your consultation we’ll discuss our brochure of packages, go through your design, and layout, of tiles, fittings and fixtures. To ensure the best use of space and practicality.
Your new design will be drawn up into a plan you will receive a detailed scope of works and separate product supply quote. We will follow up with you to discuss or make any changes or updates.
Once you send us acceptance to proceed, we’ll send you what happens next steps where you have the opportunity to view and select your final product selections and make any final changes before, we issue the contract.
